Dogs Around Town has been owned and operated by Jared Pfeifer since 2007. 11 years and hundreds of thousands of walks later, we are ready to walk your dog and make your life easier!

Flexible Scheduling

Your schedule changes everyday, and we’re ready and able to help whenever you need us. You can arrange a set schedule or we can go week to week. If something pops up, just let us know and we’ll get back to you right away. If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, we just ask that you do so by 8am that day.

GPS Walks

Utilizing the best in dog walking technology, we take all the guess work out of your visit. All of your walks are GPS mapped, and accessible to you at anytime via our app or dashboard. You see exactly what time we walked your dog, where we went, and we send you pictures along the way!

No Prepayments

You’ll be sent an invoice at the end of the month for all the services you received. You can pay online with Venmo or you can use a credit card. You don’t have to worry about buying packages or using all the walks you already paid for. Pay only for what you get!

Reliable Staff

All staff members are w2 employees, covered by our business insurance and bond, and treated fairly and with respect. This commitment to our staff is passed on to each customer through quality work, accountability, and transparency. All of our walkers are trained and have experience with dogs.
